Company takeover by Sandro Bruderer

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
dear customers

The company Mammut Soft Computing AG was taken over by Sandro Bruderer, CEO (with the company since 2011). The successor solution was found within the company’s own organization within a short period of time.

The company takeover and the change of ownership officially took place on February 21, 2022, retroactive to January 1, 2022. Iwan Vogel (former owner and company founder) decided towards the end of 2021 to sell his company, which had been successfully run for more than 29 years. An internal successor solution in the form of an MBO (Management Buy Out) by Sandro Bruderer, Roland Fankhauser and Bernhard Turban proved to be the best solution.

At the operational level, Iwan Vogel resigned as former managing director on March 31, 2019 and handed over the management to Sandro Bruderer. Iwan Vogel will remain with us as an external consultant in the future.

We would like to sincerely thank Iwan Vogel for trusting us to continue the company he founded and his life’s work. Finding the perfect timing to change ownership is always difficult, but together we believe the timing was right.

The most important thing is that nothing will change for all our customers and partners. All contracts and customer relationships are preserved and in place. We look forward to continued successful cooperation with our valued, long-standing and many new customers. Above all, Mammut Soft Computing AG owes its current success to our customers and banks, as well as to our employees, which we appreciate very much.

The proven and experienced team will remain with us and will continue to support you and accompany you in your projects. We aim to hire additional team members in the near future to expand the team.

We continue to focus on the highest quality of our products, our services and on the constant and sustainable further development of our company.
